About Carolyn Berg
| Overview: | Carolyn Berg is a Virtual Assistant and owner of CyberOffice Solutions, LLC, of Farmington Hills, Michigan. Born and raised in Farmington Hills, Carolyn is a graduate of Michigan State University. Carolyn has been in the administrative field for 16 years working in various office settings. Her career started in corporate America with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Lansing honing her customer service skills and then finished her corporate office work with a non-profit organization and can now say that she has worked on both sides of the corporate world. She started her VA training in 2002 with AssistU, the leader in Virtual Assistant training, and has been a full-time VA upon graduation. She has had many types of clients from coaches and trainers, to entertainers such as balloon artists and magicians and even worked with the leading terrorist expert in the country who is a professor at Harvard University. Carolyn has come to love and admire all the clients she has come across and continues to improve the quality of life for her clients. She gets extreme satisfaction knowing that her client’s can focus more on their business while leaving the day-to-day activities with her. Carolyn is married to an extremely supportive and loving husband Adam and has two children Morgan and Matthew, who are her inspiration every day. |
